Wheat Bags Australia uses Fastway Couriers & Australia Post for delivery anywhere in Australia.  We are not able to offer international delivery so please only order if your goods are to be delivered within Australia.

Fastway Couriers is a door-to-door service with full tracking online at http://www.fastway.com.au/1TrackTrace.html.  A street address needs to be provided and someone needs to be there at the time of delivery to sign for the goods.  Delivery should be within 3-10 working days from placing your order, please contact us should you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require your tracking number.

Australia Post delivery should be 3-10 working days from placing your order.  All orders are sent by registered post, please contact us should you have any concerns about your delivery or if you require your registered post number.  For more information check http://auspost.com.au/track/
 

Returns

Should you have an issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.  Please note that the customer must pay shipping costs when returning an item. We will process returns once the received items return to us back in original condition with all packaging in tact.  Our processing takes 24 hours, please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank to process a refund.  Please note a 10% re-stocking fee applies for all orders that are returned and the original delivery fee is not refundable.  If you are exchanging your item then return delivery will be charged to you.
